Brigadier General Hugh T. Corbett is the Assistant Adjutant General-Army, Maine National Guard. He also serves as Commander, Maine Army National Guard and leads over 2,100 Soldiers assigned to 38 Army National Guard units.
He is the principal assistant to the Adjutant General and provides advice on all issues pertaining to the utilization of Maine Army National Guard assets. He guides the development and implementation of all programs and policies affecting the organization.
General Corbett is responsible for all training, manning and equipping as related to readiness and the resource planning, programming, budgeting and execution in support of operational requirements and readiness goals in support of State and Federal missions.
